I’m a freelance writer, trail runner, and relentless savage with work published in Outside Online and Digital Trends. My background includes a year of teaching English in South America, two years as staff reporter for Mount Shasta Area Newspapers, and three years in neuroscience research at Princeton University.
I love to write about my passions, which include but are not limited to: running, health & fitness, outdoor gear, camping, travel, sustainable agriculture, food politics, cannabis and mental health. I’ve been featured in Women’s Running for my supportive stance on cannabis in athletics.
When I’m not writing, I can be found slaying trails and bagging peaks in all the most beautiful places, usually with my dog, Bruce.
